My name is Carrie, I am the proud "Mom" of two baby red eared sliders Kodo and Podo. They are a little under a year old and are a bout 2" in length. I joined the forum to get more knowledge as I am about to purchase them a bigger tank and actually put the real time into creating a nice habitat for them. They are currently in a 10gal tank with a large rock formation, a turtle dock and a cave for their enjoyment. Looking to make buddies with other owners and get information. I previously had another Slider "Bosco" but I have her to a friend who had a beautiful habitiat in the country when I was moving away. My nephew own two Sliders who are around 9 years old that I purchased for him when he was a year old, he is about to be 10 and they are his best buddies.
