I live in the Netherlands, but I've never really fit in on the Dutch&Belgium Turtle Forum, so I quickly bailed out.
My turtles are names Zoef (female, RES?) who is 8 years old and Tracey & Storm (males, Florida Red Bellies), who are about 5. Zoef lives in a 150cm tank, and the boys live in a 100cm tank. I'm slowly in the progress of moving out, and when I do the boys will get a bigger tank aswell either 120cm or 150cm. Tracey and Storm were rescues, their buddy Tanx didn't make it.
A picture of Zoef, who I was told to be a YES when I bought her, which she is clearly not. I'm unsure if she however is a RES or not.
Once upon a time I had 5 turtles, but two didn't make it unfortunatly. Speed-It and Tanx are greatly missed, but I know now more then ever that in the turtle-world there is no room for the weaker.
Beside turtles I also own a flock of guinea pigs (6). They range from ages 4 years to 3,5 months. Their names? Miss Piggie, Babbel, Hazel, Yuki, Jessica ("Jessie") and Bloempje. Yuki is the man of the house, he's neutered, no breeding.
Anyways, I ramble on and I hope this forum is much nicer then the one I used to be on and I hope to learn things I didn't already know.
edit: Hah,I found information I've been looking for since forever already. RES hybrids.
