Hi!

I have been reading the forum for a little while now but since I bought my new and healthy 2'' YBS named Maturin 5 days ago, I registered to the forum!

I find this forum quite interesting and helpful, so I'm glad to be here and participate in anyway I can!

Mats is a very energic turt, when I bought (him?) the owner (he is the one who sold it to me) never saw a turtle that active when it was in the bag, all the way home it kept swimming back and forth in the bag, not a second he retired in his shell.

hopefully, Mats is happily swimming in a 30gal, like to hang on the rock, under the fake leaves. Yesterday, I saw him sleeping out of the water, lying on the leaves, he was so cute! I'll try to get a pic of him if he does it again.

well, all that to say that i'm glad to have joined your community!
1 YBS "Maturin"
2 Cynops Orientalis, Chomp and Sally

See the TURTLE of enormous girth!
On his shell he holds the earth.
His thought is slow but always kind;
He holds us all within his mind.
