Look over the information on the main page, there's tons of stuff there.
But first, you need to take out that gravel, there's a sticky thread about the dangers of gravel that you should look over. Basically, your turtles can and will eat the gravel and the gravel can get stuck in their organs and the turtles can die from impaction. It's actually very dangerous. Remove the gravel, then watch your turtles' waste for a while and remove any gravel they excrete.
You can add larger rocks (larger than their heads) if you like, but having a bare bottomed tank is the easiest way to keep your tank clean.
