If that is a UVB bulb, it looks good. You might want to add a little bit more water. How big is your turtle/tank? It looks like the tank might be a little small. Also, what are your temps?
she has a 150 watt uva, and an 18" uvb. the tank in a 40 G breeder with around 15 gallons of water, the water is at 79 and the basking is at 95 and the turtle is about 4 1/2 inch.
