Hello, everyone. My name is Jen and I am a proud RES turtlemum from southwestern Pennsylvania. I purchased my two RES as hatchlings (known affectionately as my "little weenies") at a tourist trap in Myrtle Beach, 2007. I have had very few problems with my turtles - they seem happy and healthy.

Originally I did not name my turtles because I couldn't be sure of their gender. The cute little nicknames that I used when referring to them have stuck.

This community seems like a wonderful place to share information and experience. I look forward to sharing here.
