I was given a red ear slider turtle, I think. I named her Lucy.
I hope to gain more understanding about turtles and this forum has been very helpful so far!

Welcome to the forum. That is a nice looking RES. How big is Lucy? Does she have a tank?
I have two female red ear sliders.
Chimpy - 5.5 inches
Chompy- 6.0 inches
Both were born about 7/2007
Got them -- 9/2007

Welcome! I am sort of new here too, although I joined last April. I have learned a lot here too. Lucy is a really pretty turtle and definitely a red ear slider!
