Hi everyone! I've been very fortunate for finding this web page... It has been very helpful as everyone else on the forum... I have learned about all my turtle care here, and I believe I'm on the right track... I currently have two 1 1/2 inch turtles and I have had them for more than two months... Thanks everyone ^^

Thanks all ^^ Actually, they have no names =/ They are so young and I decided to give them names when I can tell what sex they are... I told my nephew to give them names, and all he came up with was big turtle and small turtle, which makes no sense they are about the same size (1 1/2 inches) but o well :P

About telling the sex of the babies....watch the personalities....my female is so aggressive and is much larger than the male. Also, even though they are still babies, you can look at the plastron....the bottom of the turtle. If it's flat, it's female and if it's curved or concave, it's a male. Some may say it's too soon to tell the sex and perhaps it is, but these traits I mention are good indicators I'm sure.
