I'm in Toronto again and the place where I got Aqua and Turquoise is still there! I'm tryin 2get my dad 2 buy a turt 4 me, but we drove here and will hav 2 cross d border 2 d USA. Is dare any way to convince him and bring dem over d border? Or do either Manitoba or Saskatchewan hav res? If so plz tel me where... Thnx!

The store I bought aqua & turquoise @ is still there and has a turtle filter in its tank and uv lite and basking rock... My mom saw the setup and wondered why we didn't get 1 b4 cuz that could've save my turts. I've also showed her some full sized turts that I saw in various places, and she kinda realizes what we should've done... But my dad thinks its too much work... Still

A turtle is a lot of work.. it can be as expensive as a dog or cat. Those kits are often a waste of money too. Get a used tank via garage sale, craigslist, kijiji and go from there.
