Being that Gator, the biggest of my three turtles, is relocating to a pond tomorrow, this is the last day I'll be able to see him .  I wanted to ask this to remember him in some way.

What would you do if you knew that TODAY was the last day you would see your turtle?

Gator, Stay Healthy But please don''t eat all the fish in the pond.

I'm Gonna Miss You buddie...

I'd take some pics, hand feed some treats, probably hold them a bit. :(

Are you releasing the turtle into the wild? I noticed you live in ca, unless you have a pacific pond turtle (which would be illegal) it is a very bad idea that you release the turtle into a wild pond in california. If you're not releasing it into the wild, disregard this post.

@justatwinturbo Gator is going to a large private pond in San Diego. Sad to see him go.

Take lots of pics. Also maybe get a shell print or a foot print if possible. That's just me though.
You can make salt dough easily and take prints.

Funny thing is, Gator is still here. Turns out... The guy that was suppose to relocate him had one too many turtles in the pond. bummer... :( But... at least now if Gator, or any of the turtles get 'ponded' I'll be more emotionally prepared.
