Did you replace the filter media? Not clean them, but throw away the old ones and put in new ones?

They have to come from somewhere. If you have no gravel (bare tank), brand new filter media, a squeaky clean filter, they have to come from somewhere. Are you leaving the gravel and sand out of the tank... bare bottom? I wouldn't have ANYTHING other than water, turtle, filter, platform, and heater in the tank until you find the source of the reoccurring worms.

What are you feeding them? Is your water supply clean? Do you have any substrate in the tank? Are there any other animals (fish or whatever) in the tank with the turtle?

I only feed my fish in the tank. And I got no subtract and my tank by a window. If these worms aren't harmful then I guess they can stay :( -_-

Try moving your fish to another tank and see if the worms follow them.

It can't be my cory cat fish or my pleco. Cuz when I been cleaning the tank and when shake my turtle dock like millions of worms are under the dock.

if you want to get rid of the worms, you have to find the source. If you separate everything you can identify the source and fix it. If you make assumptions like it can or it can't be this... well then your troubleshooting skills are superior to mine. Please let us know how this turns out.
