cuz my turtle eats the slime of the algea snail and they both try 2 eat my snail. and i think one of my turtle eats sand

Everything in a turtle tank can be considered food. (even if it isn't) Sand shouldn't be a problem. It'll pass right through.

Oh and turtles love snails they are a tasty protein snack.

It's possible. If the turtle won't stop eating the sand, then I would remove it.

It might be eating its poo in the sand :/..which is normal and fine..just real gross lol
