Who is letting their Turtles out for some sun this summer? Tomorrow will be a gorgeous day and I think I will let them have some fun in the sun. I have a pretty big plastic bin they can scrummage around in.

I had planned to this weekend..but its has been disgusting out . Terrible summer so far

I live right outside the Philadelphia area, it's been muggy hot here and there, but it's a nice 83 degrees and sunny, might let them roam for a bit

We are suppose to get some sun in the middle of the week. We should start a summer time turtles picture thread!

My turtle is probably mad at me . Because,ever since I brought her tank inside, she hasn't been out walking as much. This is a good idea, and luckily the weather here is great(for now).

Here are my girls. Not great pics.. I tried lol. Raina was very curious but jumpy... she doesnt like being out of the tank. Sylvie took off as soon as we went out..she loved it!

Wow Sflemin2, your turts have nice bright colours , mines is dark green with black splotches. Anyway, I took her out for a bit while I did a partial change on her water.

I cheated! Upped the saturation! I used my phone too. Rainia does have pretty colors than raina though. Does yours like to be outside? I couldn't believe how differently they reacted!

Oh I see. Yeah, my turt does like to be outside. Although she doesn't go very far from the door and always comes back to the door. .
