Hello
Does anyone here have any experience with Hornwart? Im planning on getting some tonight/tomorrow for my new tank. Is there anything I should know before trying to grow Hornwart? Ive done a fair amount of research, but I figured it wouldnt hurt to ask some other turtle owners.
Thanks,

My turtle loves to eat it, so I don't know how it grows.

The main thing about using plants it to rinse throughly before putting them in your tank. It's likely they were treated with fertilizers and there may be pests like snails that are still attached to it.

My turtle disagrees with you calling snails pests. He thinks they're delicious.

Thanks for the info, when I rinse, does it matter the temperature of the water? Should it be a bit warmer?

I usually try to rinse everything with cold water.
