can a turtle have ADHD/anxiety?

my turtle hunter, has all the symptoms of it:
1) he squirms and opens his moth to bite, then bites anything he sees especially me, once he started growling, almost every time I hold him, and goes back and forth really fast when I put him back in the tank. I dont hold him tight.
2)when I put him on the ground he goes like 5 miles an hour.

its also weird that he spends, most of his time mantaining eye contact and vibrating his claws while hes at it, at sleepy, whos like 2 inches bigger than him, they never fight, and its always hunter (not sleepy), running around the tank, trying to position himself in front of sleepy then they look at each other, raise their heads higher and higher, hunter flutters sometimes, then they swim away. theyre 6 months old.

there will never be research in labs on the above topic (adhd), however if a few people have this with their turtle it proves something.

Thats normal. Growling is them defending themselves. Them biting everything is them being curious. Them running really fast is normal mine runs really fast too.
The eye contact and vibrating claws is either mating dance or dominance.
