I have 3 turtles, a year old in may and they are barely 3 inches, and one is still 2 inches. Is thier growth stunned or are they growing at thier own pace?

Hard to say... one could be getting more than their share, could be down to genetics, and females grow larger than males.

Yeah turtles are not all the same size. Its like Humans. 2 White people are not the same size just because there White ^^ 2 RES arnt the same size just cuz there both RES lol and as Steve said above, Females get alot larger then Males so you could have a female and a male maybe?

I agree with what everyone else says. As long as they are healthy that is all that really maters.

They don't have to reach 4 inches in their first year. That's just an approximation. Most of the people on this forum have turtles who were not 4 inches long by the end of their first year, my turtles Hurricane and Typhoon included.

I have seen females who grow only up to 7 inches in their whole lives, which is the minimum size of an adult male turtle. Like everyone said, all turtles grow differently.
