Other Turtle Discussion :: Should I get a variety of diff turtles or....?

I was thinking of buying 2 Mississippi Maps because i have 80$ and i need to use the rest of the money for more supplies. Anyways i was wondering should i get One MM and a YBS? or just 2 maps? Is it good to have a diff variety of turts or keep the same species?

you should probably only get one turtle unless you can provide an very large amount of space for them, 2 females would mean 240+ gallons

if you can provide the space there are many species you could keep together, but most poeple only keep one turtle
