I have noticed that my 1 RES Likes to hang out under his filter. He lets the water rush down his body..
Is this normal behavior? We just put them into a larger tank. So its about a week new to them. But
Didn't know if there was a specific reason he was doing this.??? Thanks for any advice.

Sounds OK to me. Sometimes I put the "power stream" on Penelope's filter and she has a hey-day! Then I swap it out for the attachment that shoots out many little streams, she's all over that too!
Maybe it reminds them of the 'call of the wild' - hanging out in rushing streams and such.
Just enjoy watching him having fun!

Awesome! I didn't think anything was wrong. I take really good care of our 2 RES. "Scratch and Sniff"
I just joined about 2 days ago. And I am really loving this forum. Very Helpful in all areas... I also have seen you around talking about Penelope.
We have that filter here too. Still in the box. Was thinking about hooking it up with the other filter we have. It has the bar that comes off of it- with like u said the streamers.
