A little log of my 3 RES.

I used to have one terrapin, of five years old. Her name was Tilly. My cousin , Aron, came over to play and lost me my companion.
I have been lurking redearsliders.com for about two days now, and I decided that I should get more of these lovelies.
My dad insisted buying 3, one for me and the other 2 for my two little siblings. I insisted they only wanted to watch them swim, but still.
The middle-darkness one seems to be a good hunter. I dropped one guppy fry , and he instantly chased after it. He caught it, and I dropped in another. And another adult, which they needed help with (I held it still, waited for the terrapin to snatch it from me to kill it). The lightest colored one ate the most.
The last one, was ann adult. All my little pets chased after the fish. Although they nipped down hard on the guppy, it still hopped away from them. So I held it still and let them devour it.
Wow, they do love guppies ._. I can't find anymore guppies to hunt. The pond's wiped clean of them. I swear they got sucked into the filter.
I want to buy a bag of feeder minnows, but idk what Mom will say. So I'll just longkang fish :u

It's been about two or three weeks since I had my RES. They have never failed to make me smile.
We are moving, and so are they. They may be taking the Angelfish tank, or a baby pool to themselves. Lucky little things.
I figure that I need a 300 gallon tank when they are full-grown, maybe much more.
They were about 4cm when i first bought them, and now they are about 5cm.
