Carlos is so funny, he "voodoo's" his rocks at the bottom of the tank. He moves his front paws fast then stop for a second and repeats. Looks like he's voodooing them LOL : ) Is this normal? I know he is trying to get some yummy stuff to come off the rocks but it's funny to watch!

My turtle used to flutter at carrots! Usually it's either a sign of aggression or a mating thing... either way kinda strange to direct it toward rocks lol. Sounds funny!

And yes its pretty normal.

My RES does the same thing, only with certain rocks. He also spins them around and nips at them sometimes.

I feel so.... normal. My turtles only flutter at each other. Never rocks...

This isn't the funniest I've seen/heard. I once saw a video of a person's RES that fluttered at the on/off switch to the chord to the lamp fixture.

lol that's funny i toss in some of those turtle conditioners that are the shapes of turtles i find it funny how this conditioner is about 1inch at the most and my larger res who is 3 inches will flutter at it then get freaked out when bubbles come out of the conditioners body lol
