A few weeks ago I posted a topic about how agressive Charlotte was towards every kind of fish I put in her tank. I probably tried almost every fish they sell at PetsMart, but with no success.

However, I decided to try another African Cichlid. I was able to find one slightly bigger than Charlotte and Steve was introduced into the tank. To my suprise they have been getting on really well! They swim around the tank together, hide together, chase minnows together and eat together. Whenever I come over to the tank, they immediately both swim over to greet me. At first Charlotte seemed scared of Steve but now it seems like they are - shall I say...friends?! :)

He is an Acei Cichlid and he is a very pretty blue colour. I'm hoping they'll continue to happily co-exist, but I don't know for how long haha.

My turtle currently has 2 of the last batch of 8 rosie reds still living with her. I am calling them her pets. I'm impressed, we're at 2.5 months of them still being alive and happy. She doesn't even chase them anymore. I know that they are living on bought time, but it's nice to see them able to co-exist! You might get a longer life (randomly) out of one fish versus the previous, so hopefully "Steve" will survive longer than the others.

My Turtle Mr. Pink was only interested in my Jewel Cichlid, Mike Tyson, for about 3 days. After he realized he couldn't catch Mike they're been co-existing fairly well, basically ignoring each other most of the time.
