Has anyone taken turtles on the plane?? I am most likely moving across country next year and need to take my turtles that will be 5yrs old. The flight is 6 hours direct.

* what kind of carrying case can I get? (they are about 6" each)
* any other special instructions?

thanks!

Call your plane company and see if they allow pets on the plane. Do not let turtles go into the check in packages. If your plane company says no then you always send your turtle through UPS which I think sends turtles and other live animals on a daily basis.

The rest of the turtles have been adopted to good homes. :)

The chances of your turtles flying with you are slim. Don't put them in cargo.
