It's 84 F in Southern California today and Kingler has woken up from hibernation. I'm a little worried because I have a feeling that the temps are going to drop again next month, but I'll have to wait and see. Here she is!

Ah i wouldnt worry even if the temps go back down, they know what to do. Ive seem my musk turtle basking when it was pretty warm and that night the temps dropped below freezing. She made it. I know the one guy i know has a pic of a couple of his turtle actually basking while it was snowing haha.

She does look good though.

She needs a good shedding though!
