We picked it up and put it near the shallow water so it wouldn't get stepped on.

Those turtles always have an erie look about them ! But the babies are really cute!

I love hatchling snappers. Every summer a huge mama lays eggs in a little field near the house. I was walking in it today and came upon two areas I know were nests dug by a snapper, most likely her. :D

Yeah they look cooler when they grow up but can bite your hand off if your not careful

I love snappers, and yes that is an alligator snapper. Very cool, I wish I could find some more around my area.

Yeah me to but i wouldn't want to find a huge one around my house. But we have common snappers at these lakes by my house have never seen them before but friend's have showed me pictures of them.
