Wow thats is exterminy dirtyyyyy!!!! I would scrub that down like crazze just rember NOT TO USE soup or any chemical of any kind, hot water would do "good".

And turltes when your buying a tank just rember that they do best in wide tanks!!!

Not to say that tank is bad or he cant live in it or sumthing!!

Ive taken this to the 5th page allrite!!!!

My tank is a wide one like your mentioned tidaboy. It's short and wide. Turtles love it, also easy access to turtles and easier to clean. AND you will be cleaning the tank out! A Lot!

Yea I scrubbed the tank Friday afternoon after I got home. (with just water and some rags)
Still cant set it up yet until I get a stand of some sort, a new filter, and a better heater, as well as a few other things.
I did however see the smaller turtle of mine actually eating this weekend!
I was excited lol
The green ear was just how my phone took the picture.

Took a couple pictures of Fredo today on my lunch break and noticed, what looks like, skin shedding off the back of his neck.
I couldn't get a picture of it, but it doesn't really look right..

Yea I started reading about them shedding, but what I read said if there was prolonged shedding of the skin that this could be due to overfeeding/overheating there tank or a few other things.
I did notice it lastnight, just appears to be bunched up on the back of his neck

Love Georgie's pattern on his tummy(or whatever it is). That's the best way I'm able to tell my turts apart.

heres George swimming out of it

My friend called me and told me about this petshop he found that had a bunch of baby RES for sale.. They were selling them for $20 each!
I wish I could have rescued them all..

And I saw these guys at Petco near my house, it was around $20 for them as well. Cant wait for my turtles to get this big!!
