Take your digital pictures and register on a web service such as photobucket.com (free). Then you download pictures to photobucket and you will be able to add the pictures to your posts using the image icon at the top right of the posting page. You do the same thing for an image at the left margin of your posts but go to your profile and add the url address in the appropriate spot under the avatar section. Give it a try.

OR if you don't have a digital camera(like we don't(my family)) And are very low in technology, You can take the pictures with a regular camera and when you go to develope the pictures, ask the person developing the pictures to give you a CD with all the pictures on it. Then you pop it into your computer and there you go, you have pictures!! My dad does this on this car/Subaru forum of his.

http://www.imageshack.ws/

that site provides free image hosting. upload it there, then use the direct internet link and [IMG] tags to post pix.
From the homegrowers soul, straight to his lungs. That's the method that I myself find fun. Start from seed and then you'll see, just how fun homegrowing can be.

I took it with my camera phone so it's not great quality. This is Mr. Turtle's first adventure outside since i've had him (16 yrs). It was just a quick makeshift enclosure until I can set up his real one. :D

Nice turtle, you can post it here just the way it is, the only thing is that it needs to be put between the following: [img]**[/img] Put the link right where the asterix are and the picture should appear on the board.

Here are some pics of my little guy, he is about 1.3", doesnt have a name as of yet, but I am trying to think of one. I will be getting another one later this week.

**Him sitting on the ramp to his basking area that he is yet to use... he seems to just like to lay on the rock so that he is still in the water, but his head is just pocking out.**
Image

**His underside with his super cool pattern... and yes that is my thumb, broke it a couple weeks ago at work so the nail is starting to fall off.**

Man you guys are lucky!!!

I can't get greenies around here. In Oregon it's illegal to sell RES's all together. Here in WA the only pet stores that have them had to have them shipped from somewhere in the south. The smallest we found was about 3in long. Most were about 4in.

The colors are so bright when they are small. Color me Jealous.

Wheewww it took me awhile to figure it out to post that
This is our turt we call him TURTLE because we can't agree on what name to call him and we got him on April 2nd and this picture was taken on the first time ever that he climbed that area. Only recently did start basking for real and he is shedding some skin too. Looks like he is growing!
