It's pretty much a terrarium (meant for non aquatic reptile's) oh well, still a great tank for a large lizard or snake, right? :)

Actually..I think your not supposed to use glass tank's for tortoises.. :? I'm not sure though..

2 Redfoot Tortoises ~ Sheegua & Muugua

Well i have seen russian tortoises on glasss tanks at petstores..so i just assumed.
My bad, hehe.

Your supposed to use rubbermaid container's, or stock tank's.

Because if they can see out, they want to get out and it causes stress, or so I've heard.

I have seen many people keeping them in glass tanks I don't think that it would cause anymore stress then keeping an RES in a glass tank
